Community Action Grants - Now Open!

Applications for the Hindmarsh Shire Community Action Grants Round One are now open and close 09 August 2024 at 5:00pm. 

The Community Action Grants Program was established in 2013 to support communities with funds to assist with community development, social action and connectedness. Council has allocated $20,000 towards the 2024/2025 Community Action Grants Program which is categorised into three key areas:

  • Community Assistance – up to $1,000
  • Events Sponsorship – up to $500
  • Small Equipment – up to $1,000
