Mandatory State Government Charge to be Collected by Council

In December 2024, the Victorian Government announced that the Fire Services Property Levy (FSPL) would be replaced by the Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund (ESVF), effective from 1 July 2025.

The fees are set by the State Government, collected by Councils, and paid back to the State Government including any interest accumulated.

Temporary Road Closures - ARB Big Desert 480 Rainbow

Council advises that there will be a road closure as a result of traffic management measures for the ARB Big Desert 480 Enduro in Rainbow.

On Saturday 29 March 2025 from 1pm to 6:00pm and Sunday 30 March 2025 from 8:30am to 6:00pm, the roads listed below will be closed to all vehicle traffic for the duration of the traffic management plan.
