Nhill Holiday Park Caretaker
Permanent Part Time (37.5 hours a week, including weekends)
Salary commencing at $33.20 per hour (plus superannuation)

Hindmarsh Shire Council has recently taken on management of the Nhill Holiday Park.
We are seeking a self-motivated person to take on the caretaking role and cement the Nhill Holiday Park as a fantastic place to stay by ensuring a welcoming and clean environment. Duties will include maintenance of the grounds, collection of fees and cleaning of amenities and cabins.
This position would suit someone looking to take on weekend work, as you will be required to work Thursday through to Monday, 10:00am to 6:00pm. We are seeking someone who is organised, can work independently to a high standard, and who enjoys contributing to a team and the community through their work.

You will be able to tell us how your skills and experience relate to the following key selection criteria:
• Past experience in caravan park operation, the hospitality of customer service industry.
• Sound general maintenance and cleaning experience.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a broad range of people.
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn the use of an online reservation system.
• Basic experience in cash handling.
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical, police check and Working with Children Check.
