COMMUNITY PROJECTS CONTRIBUTIONS POLICY & NHILL CARAVAN PARK MASTERPLAN
At the Council Meeting held on Wednesday 8 May 2024, Hindmarsh Shire Council resolved to give public notice of its Community Projects Contributions Policy and Nhill Caravan Park Masterplan and invite written submissions from the public in accordance with the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy.
Council will consider submissions and adoption of the Community Projects Contributions Policy and Nhill Caravan Park Masterplan at the next available Council Meeting.
To view the draft Community Projects Contributions Policy and draft Nhill Caravan Park Masterplan and make a submission, visit www.haveyoursay.hindmarsh.vic.gov.au. If you would like to view a physical copy of the draft documents, please contact Council on 03 5391 4444.
Alternatively, written submissions can be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and posted to Hindmarsh Shire Council PO Box 250, Nhill VIC 3418, or emailed to info@hindmarsh.vic.gov.au.
Such submissions must be received before 5pm on Friday 7 June 2024.
Council will also hold community drop-in sessions for interested people to call in and discuss the Nhill Caravan Park Masterplan with Council staff at the times and dates as follows:
- Monday 13 May 2024, 12:00noon – 2:00pm @ Goldsworthy Park
- Thursday 16 May 2024, 4:00pm – 5:30pm @ Goldsworthy Park
- Tuesday 21 May 2024, 7:00am – 8:30am as part of the Volunteer Breakfast @ Goldsworthy Park
- Wednesday 5 June 2024, 12:00noon – 2:00pm @ Goldsworthy Park
