Nhill Cinema Wraps Up 2024 with St Kilda Film Festival

On Thursday 28 November 2024 Hindmarsh Shire Council hosted a screening of the St Kilda Film Festival Victorian Tour at the Nhill Cinema as part of the festival’s 40-year anniversary. Around 25 people enjoyed a light supper before settling in to watch the films selected for Hindmarsh.
The presentation included seven award-winning films from the St Kilda Film Festival 2024, including 14 in February, Yeah the Boys, Bird Drone, The Dancing Girl and the Balloon Man, Marlu Man, Katele and Earwax.
Nhill Cinema screened around 20 films across 2024, including the Classic Movies and school holidays program and our Thursday night screenings.
The St Kilda Film Festival is Nhill Cinema’s second-to-last screening of the year. Prior to taking a short break over the Christmas and New Year Period, you can catch The Holdovers on 10 December 2024 from 10:00am as part of the Classic Movies program.
