In recognition and support of International Day of People with Disability, occurring on 03 December each year, Hindmarsh Shire Council will be hosting a celebration at the Tiny Goats and Co Farm Dimboola, from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
International Day of People with Disability is a United Nations (UN) observed day, that aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability and celebrate their achievements and contributions. The day provides an opportunity for us all to make positive changes to the lives of the 5.5 million Australians with disability.
The celebration at Tiny Goats and Co will include a BBQ lunch, music, activities including giant games and of course there will be plenty of time to cuddle the tiny goats and to meet and play with the other farm animals.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but bookings are required due to limited availability.
Please RSVP your attendance to community@hindmarsh.vic.gov.au phone 03 5391 4444 or call into one of Council’s Customer Service Centres.
