Hindmarsh Shire Council July 2024 School Holiday Program

Hindmarsh Shire staff have been busy preparing a new range of free and fun school holiday activities to be held across the Shire during the July school holidays. 

The 2024 July school holidays have an exciting line up of activities including Crafty Arts with Danelle, Tiny Goats & Co farm visits, separate roller discos for primary and secondary school aged children and young people (a limited number of roller skates and protective equipment will be available to use), basketball clinics, karaoke, mini’s disco, kid’s yoga, and Despicable Me 4 screening at the Nhill Cinema.  

Hindmarsh Shire Council Mayor, Cr Brett Ireland said, “Looking at the planned activities there will be something for everyone in the Hindmarsh Shire these school holidays.”
Cr Ireland continued “The activities cater for those who enjoy sport, like craft, love animals, or would just like to sit and watch a movie.”

Activities and events will be held over both weeks of the school holidays. We encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment as some activities will have limited places available.

Please note should an event be oversubscribed; preference will be given to residents of Hindmarsh Shire.
