- ProfileCr Ron Ismay is a lifelong resident who is a proud owner of the local Home Hardware store in Rainbow, a business established by his grandfather over 100 years ago. He has stood as a Councillor for the past eleven years with a focus on maintaining a financially viable council. Cr Ismay is excited to be working with the new Councillors.

- ProfileCr Chan Uoy arrived in Australia in 1976 as a Cambodian Refugee. He dreamt of creative freedom, so after some time in Melbourne, he relocated to Dimboola and opened Dimboola Imaginarium where he quickly fell in love with the region. Now that he's elected as a Councillor, he would like to revitalise Hindmarsh Shire Council.

- ProfileCr Roger Aitken has many years of experience volunteering for his community, and he's always encouraged other members to become a Councillor. He was often asked ‘why don’t you do it, you’re on everything anyway’, so for the first time, he nominated himself as a Councillor for 2024 Elections. He's been elected by his community and will do his absolute best to advocate for the community.

- ProfileCr Rosie Barker is a proud parent/grandparent to four adult children & three grandsons, with her husband, Ross. She enjoys living in the Nhill township. Hindmarsh is known for its agriculture, rich history, cultural diversity, sport, arts & crafts, and community spirit. Her focus as a Councillor is on enhancing economic and agricultural development, tourism, and community engagement.

- ProfileCr James Barry lives and works on his farm between Gerang Gerung and Glenlee with his wife and two boys in Hindmarsh Shire. We’ve got the Wimmera River, deserts to the north and south, good sporting venues all over as well as few lakes all at our doorstep. He decided to run for Council to do his bit to help the community which has been so inviting to them since moving here in 2012.
