Would you like to advertise your event on Council's website, Facebook page and newsletters? If so, please fill out our online Advertising an Event form below.

Advertising an Event Form

Once you have completed this form, please allow Council officers 3-5 business days to publish your event on Council's website in our Events Calendar.
Please note: if your event requires Council approval, your event won't be promoted until you have received a conditional event permit. Please contact the Economic Development and Tourism team on 03 5391 4444 if you have any questions about event approvals and processes.

If you notice that your event is not listed on Council's website after 5 business days, please contact our friendly customer service team on 03 5391 4444 or email info@hindmarsh.vic.gov.au.
